Warranty

• Warranty covers free labor and parts replacement due to manufacturer defect only
• Warranty does not cover ordinary wear & tear of parts like remote control, antenna, battery, adaptor etc.

Audio video only

• Only one replacement of optical pick up within warranty period upon confirmation of fault. Subsequent replacement will be charged accordingly
• Warranty card or proof of purchase must present upon service is require

Outdoor service

• All outdoor service is restricted to klang valley or within 30km from GCSB's office or whichever is lower.
• For repairs exceeding 30km or out of klang valley, owner shall be responsible for transportation charges or send to our nearest branches
